Accuform Signs “DANGER LOCKED OUT DO NOT OPERATE” Lockout Tag measuring 5 78″ X 3 18″ is printed on 10 mil polyolefin based PF-cardstock with no wood or paper content. Tag is ideal for indoor or short-term outdoor use and is designed to identify clearly and alert staff about cautions. The matte surface is scuff-resistant and effortless to write on with pen or marker. Top has a 38″ plain hole and endures extreme environments. It will not crack, distort or shrink. Tag used to recognize crucial lockouttagout points to allow maintenance to be performed safely.
