The Metal Detectable earplug is designed specifically for applications such as food processing, where detection of foreign objects is desired. This product features a stainless steel ball bearing embedded into the plug and a metal detectable cord. The unique cone shape makes insertion and removal easier and the plugs require no roll down. Earplugs feature a flexible stem and are made from polyurethane foam that adapts to the body temperature during longer wear. The noise reduction is rated at 32 dB.
